PROPOSAL (affecting wider network): To hold a strategic meeting regarding the direction that the network is going and to produce a global strategy regarding the general efforts and goals of WCN.

"PROPOSAL: The ICC proposes to hold a two and a half day meeting, to discuss network activity and attempt to come up with an enhanced global strategy, with the aim of helping us achieve the goals of the world carfree network more effectively and at a faster pace. The strategic meeting would be attended by members of the AB, ICC, SC, as well as select other individuals in the world carfree network, or specialists close to the network. The proposed time for meeting would be between the 23rd and 25th of August, shortly before the start of TCFC in Istanbul."
