Announcements:

• The new grant writer is Christi Brooks, she will start Nov. 1, part-time.
• Steven will work Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (not Wed., thurs, and fri. like usual)
• Steve will be here Monday and Tuesday only next week, but will not be here for meeting on wednesday nor thurs and fri. due to family engagements. He will be here tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday, of the following week (Oct. 31, Nov 1, 2, and 3)
• Cyklojizda is this thursday
• The kitchen has been very clean lately

Agenda Items:

• Jiao/Roeland tasks

- this agenda item needs to be addressed also next week, but Steve won't be here next week
- Jiao could do some webstuff, managing the websites
- we can better organize the library resources, setting up an on-line database with images
- make a list of them available
- The question is whether or not the biketour should have Roeland as a full-time coordinator paid for by WCN core funding or only half-time
- this will be taken up at the November meeting
