Announcements

• Randy will take vacation from November 18-25
• Randy submitted information to the Tides foundation (an anonymous donor wants to give us some money). Now we will wait to find out who it is and how much.

AGENDA 1 November 15 meeting? We will wait to see how Kamila is doing if she can come, otherwise we will reschedule it

2 Stickers We still are having problems with the stickers, they haven't arrived and we need them. We will give them a week to do it, otherwise we will change to another printer

3 Tasks for joao Resource Centre, websites, help with biketour final report, virus updates and backups, also for anna: magazine marketing (through member organizations, groups in the green pages), cleaning the magazine rack

4 New t-shirt designs? for next meeting propose new t-shirt designs

5 review of office policy manual (only changes noted) Put the mission statement and aims and methods of the satutes at the beginning of the manual. The Internal Decision Making Structure page needs to be changed (add necessary information at the end of it, the 500 euro limit, the AGM decision about people representing the organization). External Decision Making structure needs to be added. Office Hours - there must be someone in the office between 9 and 5. Staff hours should be posted. Holidays - for part-timers, if there is a holiday during the week they only work 16 hours instead of 20. Holiday - full-timers get 30 days vacation and part-timers get 15 vacation days. The first sick day is considered vacation, and the following days are paid. If the person can work from home then they can be paid.
