Announcements - The December email bulletin will come out in Spanish for the first time - Everyone should put their holiday hours on a sheet next to Funky - Kamila will be away on Monday - The big EC youth grant (50% of our budget) is done; the deadline is Dec. 1; We should know in March or April the results - Richard Lane (former Carbie) from UK is looking for a UK-based cartoon illustrator for pamphlets he is producing - Steve's hours will work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but will be available on phone for computer or other issues.

Agenda - Eurocities conference - Vincent and Roeland's projects - European Commission Grants Seminar - Graphic design for magazine - preparation for next week's meeting

- Eurocities - Roeland was at Eurocities coordination meeting for European Mobility Week - much of the meeting was about World Carfree Day; - Erika Jangen, head of carfree day for EU Environment Commission, is interested in working with us as well as Eurocities and the Czech commissioner - We should sign the Eurocities charter which would give us many contacts and information for World Carfree Day

- Roeland's projects - Roeland would like to work more on World Carfree Day along with Vincent (given what he learned at the conference) - We decided that Kamila would take over his tasks on the Visegrad Fund so that he could devote his time to the Tabor meeting and carfree day

- European Commission Grants Seminar - There is a seminar in February on the Canary Islands that focuses on small to medium sized NGOs and how they can get money from environment and energy topics - it includes structural funds - the total cost is 1200 euros - If we can get a discount from 400-500 euros we might be able to manage it - Arie will try to contact them in person

- Graphic design for magazine - Steven suggested that we have someone do some graphic work on the magazine - Kamila thinks that if we pay the person 100 euros it might be possible - Steven has a contact and will ask her how much she would want to do some layout of the inside (Tanja has said she will design the cover)

- preparation for next week's meeting - we will complete what we started at seme-annual meeting - this is vision; standards values; concrete goals; then, most importantly, are the programmes - We should think about ideas for these programmes
