   1.   YouTube presence

We need to see if we can use our UK to acquire donation button on the YouTube channel. We don't have the necessary legal status in any of those countries, so we can't continue with this now. If Theo will have the time, he will contact YouTube to see if we can acquire nonprofit status but without the donate button.

   2. Xmas Holidays

We will see what tasks need to be done in December and act accordingly. Decision postponed for next meeting.

   3. Office Manual

Chris and Theo will update the Office Manual regarding the Resource Centre by January 9th.

Sam and Theo will update the Office Manual regarding Carbusters by December 15th.

Theo will propose changes to the Policy Manual and send them to everyone. Changes will be decided by consensus on the week after December 1st.

   4. Justin's Handover

Justin has sent already a how-to-guide for the bulletin, which we will incorporate in the Office Manual. He needs to send also:

• Complete member organisation contacts and communication status based on Justin's experience.
• Charters and any database about member organisations, including project information and statistics.
• Information regarding member organisation payments
• Email templates regarding member organisation outreach and a how-to-guide regarding outreach. Also status updates about on-going negotiations with organisations.
• Information (addresses, contact persons etc.) about like-minded organisations that are not members.
• Information regarding the media working group.
• Everything else referring to the job description.

Theo will get in touch with Justin to arrange the handover. The ICC has decided that when this handover is complete, Justin will receive his final financial compensation.

   5. Movieman

The computer Movieman needs fixing. Due to time and money restraints, this will be postponed and laptops will be connected to the network.

   6. Finnish distribution of T-shirts

A discount will be offered to a Finnish distributor that wishes to make a bulk order of T-shirts. Theo and Chris will take care of it.

   7. Member organisation database

We need Justin's database, in order to work on that, therefore we will update that when it comes. If this hasn't arrived by Wednesday, then the database created by Anna will be used.

   8. Member organisation correspondence

Correspondence with member organisations is quickly catching up. We need to establish and maintain contact. Whomever is checking the info account is responsible to either reply, if he/she has the knowledge, or bring any upcoming issues to the weekly meeting to ask for guidance/advice, where issues will be delegated appropriately.

   9. Worldcarfree.net emails

All obsolete email accounts will be deleted as soon as possible. Theo will send an email from the info account notifying about this and seeing if the worldcarfree.net account in question is still being used.
