1. Rob's working hours/World Carfree Day

We would like to give Rob the work of doing the WCFD pages, but we don't have the money to pay him, so we need to ask him if he can work without being paid until later, and we need to know approx. how many hours he would need

2. Forms for core grant applications

Arie needs a bank statement with World Carfree Network Europe as well as an official statement from the Minister of the Interior that says we changed our statutes

We also need registration and audit documents (with the main registration documents translated into English) from the partners for the DG Environment Grant

project coordinators need to check Final Report 2005 and make sure it is complete (it is on the web), and do a 2006 report for their respective projects by december 5

3. Resource Centre Profit

We have EUR 2000 profit from the Resource Centre

4. General Project Coordinator

on the first wednesday of every month, coordinators will make reports on the progress of their projects, however Christi the point person for administration of grants, while Kamila will take care of core grants
