Visegrad: CZECH Cartoons has to be printed by JUNE 8.

Autoholics: grant rejected.

Bogota: travel grant accepted. European Comision Youth Programm will pay for 70% of travel for people -26, and 1 person (leader)from 5 different countries: Poland, Czech, Hungary, Mexico, brazil (5 people from every of this countries).We asked for 28747 Euros, but we don't know for how much is the grant.

Arie's holidays: second part of July

Kamila is not here 6-13 june (she's in EVS seminar)+ tomorrow + Friday. Also 28 septembre until 23 of October.

Randy's visa is ready! He will get it on Monday, so he'll not be here.

AGM minutes: at 1PM on Friday, Steve and Randy are going to check if they are correct in the internet.

Tea Kettle: we will buy another for 250 Kc.

Roeland + fundrising time. Roeland said that he's gonna have time on Septembre, but he's not here, so we'll talk about that later.

We still have to decide who will do what. We need a big meeting to talk about that on June 14 at 12 PM in the garden if it's nice weather.

Office mess: Randy feels stressed because he spends more time puting things in order than the others. People should remember their cleaning tasks. POZOR. We could put a paper in the door warning to the people, advicing...did you clean your things? We should have shelves for the T-shirts.

Bogota travel grant: Who from here wants to go? Randy should be the group leader.The rest of the people should be some czech people interested on the subject that could be volunteers for us later; like somebody from the carfree organisations. Anna will go too because she speaks spanish. So from the office will go only Randy and Anna (that will go really hard).

June Bulletin: Steven is coordinating it, and he will delegate it to somebody else that will be Randy. Joao will write Biketour announcement and Steve will also help. Send your announcements to Randy if you have something.

Telephone bill Tabor: Kamila asks for the reimbursement. OK.

Istanbul book + tripod: Randy bought Colombia and Istambul guides (Lonely Planet) and also a tripod. Books will stay in the office, so the office will pay, but Arie will buy the tripod.

Randy in UK for one month: from mid June to mid July. During this time he will move forward to the Autoholics staff. He will work there full time the first 3 weeks.
