• Steve will be on holiday March 29-April 5
• Arie will have B-day party on April 8 or 9
• Building projects: we have new shelves; Roeland is planning to build loft in main office room.
• We will cancel the fax line and put the fax on the regular phone line. We will have a voice/fax voicemail for evenings and weekends.

Tabor Announcements

• A developer who is doing a car-lite project in Prague is willing to host a workshop by Joel Crawford in Prague on May 28 (the Sunday after Tabor meeting). If this happens, we need to find accommodation for people.
• Video workshop is set. David Herzog will hold it.
• Added alternative hotel to Tabor website.

Right now we have Radka half-time and Mr. Sezima (accountant) works externally and advises her (he is quite expensive). Kamila believes that it would be better (cheaper) for us to have Radka here full-time and every few months we would get a tax advisor for one day. We would have to buy software, but it would be a worthwhile investment. She will start full-time (partial at home). This is a good time, because she will be able to do all of 2006. Her official start will be April.

4. Fundraiser
Arie proposes trying out Roeland as a half-time fundraiser. Starting in June or July both Arie and Roeland could be half-time. We will revisit this in the near future.
