1. Climate Change Meeting
Goal: Europe-wide climate change protests. Our message: cars are major impact on climate change and 'clean' fuels are not necessarily better. Environmental groups often push for fuel efficiency standards but people drive more anyway.

2. Office tasks
Cleaning will be divided up. Kitchen. Toilet. Recycling. Vacuum. Dust.

3. Replacing Arie. New Fundraiser
We need someone by November, but should start looking as soon as possible. Might even have them start earlier and work half time with Arie. Place ad by April 1. Arie will write job description.

4. Integrating new people
Want to make sure that Anna and Joao have been told how office works, etc. More projects: we need more work done on WCFD, expanding magazine subscriptions

5. Advertising
Anna has written a letter to send to bike companies and other possible advertisers for the 'Marketplace' section in Carbusters. EUR 30 per ad on 'Marketplace'. EUR 550 for entire back cover. EUR 400 inside backcover. 1/3 page EUR 150. 1/6 page EUR 75. 1/12 page EUR 40. Discounts for NGOs (25%). Fill up Marketplace by April 1.
