1. SC-Liaison Nomination

• ICC staff do not feel Justin can successfully act as liaison from outside the ICC office. ICC feels Tanja would a better representative.
  

DECISION: Chris, Sam and Theo nominate Tanja as the new ICC liaison

2. Resource Centre

• We don't have money but are running out of UK-OLC stickers. Everybody buys these stickers, very common seller. We should buy some new ones or it damages reliability of resource centre.
  

DECISION: Tanja will communicate with Kamila about purchasing new stickers.

3. Justin representing ICC at AGM?

• Justin will be attending the conference, should he represent ICC?
• ICC feel it would be better if we represent ourselves through Tanja via skype/webcam/phone, as situation in office may not be clear to Justin.
  

DECISION: ICC will announce this on e-mail with our responses to proposals(see below)

4. AGM.

DECISION: Tanja, Radka and Kamila will draft responses to relevant AGM proposals, which will be reviewed by Chris, Sam, Theo and Justin. These will be submitted to facilitators of AGM, working groups and Randy. These will constitute the official viewpoint of all in-situ ICC staff.

5. Office Cleaning

• Office is dirty.
  

DECISION: Monday 9th. clean

6. Office Calendar

• Start using calendar to record days off etc.
  

DECISION: Done.

7. FB Plans for CB and WCN

DECISION: Tanja will create a plan for the future of Facebook pages. Theo will continue this work on the page itself. T-shirt comp may also be moved to facebook.

8. Lutra and Sapi

• Previous office manager Lutra is interested in working for WCN again. Could also help with Czech grants, working from home.
• Sapi may come and volunteer, helping with fundraising.
  

DECISION: We will see how the financial situation develops concerning Lutra. We look forward to Sapi's arrival.

9. Computer Network.

• Computer network is disintegrating. Old equipment, riddled with viruses, low on space etc. Funky no longer connects to network - this contains magazine and websites: serious problem. Only 4 of 7 computers work, all are slow and freeze randomly. Much time is wasted trying to fix, or work with this. No money to hire someone to help.
  

DECISION: Clean up, de-frag and ultimately re-format all computers. Restructure network from scratch. Theo and Sam will attempt this. Hopefully someone will be willing to help?
