1. Salaries

• We do not have so much money now; the salary is 18,000 normally, but for those who don't have to pay health insurance or taxes get 14,000

2. Press Inquiry from Ecologist

• Christi will deal with it

3. AGM facilitator and call for agenda items

• In the past couple of years, Daniel from Zabba has facilitated on our meetings
• Jason Kirkpatrick has offered to facilitate
• there is money in the core budget for a facilitator
• Radka and Christi will work out how much money is available
• Steven suggested that Jason would be a good choice
• Randy will ask Jason how much he would ask for; he will also consult with the steering committee

4. Portland conference website

• they want their own website, out of the wcn server - they want as much control over it as possible
• Randy says there is a drawback to having less control over their website
• Steven thinks it is a great idea, so does Kamila
• Justin also thinks that it is a good idea, but there should be basic information on both sites
• WE AGREE IT IS A GOOD IDEA

5. Carfree Area Pilot Project + e-mail

• it is moving along,
• Counciil for environmental Municipalities supports the project
• THEY WOULD LIKE AN EMAIL
• the pdf will be sent to all of us by email
• Christi will find out what our involvement in the grant would be

6. Carbusters magazine + Resource Centre

• Kamila will finalize the costs of books (how much we pay + how much we pay for shipping), so Kamila will figure out how much we should be selling the books for.
• This will be ready for the next magazine and then we should change also the websites
• Christi is waitng for answers from the people at paypal, for changing the way to buy things
• Justin sustainable mobility guide can go in the resource centre, he suggests; the book will arrive Friday, once the books are in hand
• The magazine needs proofreaders: Christi says maybe, Justin will help, randy will too
• Steven suggests Prague volunteers (Bas will contact our two contacts); Randy suggests putting an announcement on Prague tv (Christi will do it)

7. Job descriptions of new people

• Michal wants to know if he can just work one day, which would be on Wednesdays
• As with everybody, he should notify us in advance if he will not be here
• As for the wcn account - Steven suggests that it be a rotating, monthly task
• Justin would like to know if Randy will play any part in the youth exchange - Randy responds by saying that he would like, in the next two weeks, to pass over all organizational responsibilities to Justin
