Announcements:

• It appears we will get NESsT money. Christi got email saying the next step is for NESsT to visit and "decide which phase of the social enterprise development process to incoporate [us] into." Seems like that means they decided to give it to us, but the specifics are not finalised. Should not count on until we have contract of course.
• Radka and Christi did more indepth analysis of budget. We will have enough money to operate according to the budget in the grant, plus some excess. Amount of excess depends on if we get NESsT and if our RC/CB/Conference incomes come out higher than projected. We are under budget on personnel, which could lead to us not getting a full balance payment in 2008. We could remedy this by hiring an extra 1/2 person for the remainder of the year. Radka and Christi think a person to do IT and CB marketing (1/4 time on each) would be good. Others should think about ideas, and we can discuss next week when Kamila, Radka and new people are here.
• PayPal conditions are still unclear. Christi will call and will be in contact with Radka, so we can change to Paypal ASAP.
• The person who cooks should take out garbage. The last person to leave each day should take out garbage. Do not store perishable food in the office kitchen.
• The bulletin is done.
• Justin starts Tuesday.
• Michal starts Tuesday.
• We should talk about decentralisation again next week
• Rob has almost all CB texts and will upload them soon.
