EVS situation:

Marialena is prematurely quitting her EVS and returning to Greece. She will still finish a main task of renovating the website. She leaves early August.

Sam will be a new english EVS volunteer, will come second half of sept. He will work on magazine, maybe he can help on website, but if it is updated well, then maybe he wont need to do so much with that.

One question about EVS, can another volunteer can switch into the place of a prematurely departing evs person. not likely. but chrisi saw an email about some volunteers who looking for immediate placement. we'll check email and see if there is any chance, but maybe it wouldnt work.

Vacation schedule:

Christi off next week, but comes to wed. meeting. kamila changes holiday schedule to 1st., but maybe just on third if too much work Bas, will be gone most of Austus. Question, who will do resource center in his absence. He will provide skills sharing.

Discussed idea for project in new youth and action call. christi trying to find partners, could be a series of study exchanges, and with that could apply for an eyf grant. christi needs help with names for the project, by the end of the week. christi will send out a reminder for this.

Festival in Prague: christi reminds putting out donation jar at festival, along with something about carbusters and wcn, with some info on subscriptions, with euros and czk. randy says there are currently czech leaflets.

Randy in Istanbul, 25th aug - sept 9th (latest) randy will be paid for part of the exchange, then probably stay on til the end, on his own money, to help out.
