Announcements

• The Visegrad Fund approves concluding the Visegrad project early. We will have to write a final report which will be

undertaken by Tanja and Chris

• An official letter was written requesting an extension by one year for the payment of the remaining 3000 Euro debt to the European Commission.
• Carfree USA was kind enough to be the NGO vehicle for online fundraising(ie. Facebook). This is being done for the reason that it is unfeasible for the WCN to attain NGO status in the US or Canada.
• Lucie "Lutra" Sancova will be taking over EVS duties in Prague. She will also do research for Czech grants, and assist Radka with finances if needed. She begins within the next few weeks, and will work part-time for 40 hours a month.
• Sapi Ullrich from Germany will volunteer for a few weeks in August.
• Tanja will be out of the office from the 11th Friday until Tuesday 15th.
• Tanja has been trying to arrange a Steering Committee Skype meeting this month, but has not received replies of interest yet.
• We'll have a meeting next week to take a look at the EVS applications we've received so far in order to find the best candidates to join us in Dec.

1. Job Description and time/work management

• How to delegate the descriptions of our jobs
  * How shall we distribute the tasks in the office fairly and be aware of when someone has been working too much or not enough.
  

Decision: We will submit for the next weekly meeting our job descriptions (drafts) and cooperate with SC if necessary.
Before the weekly meeting we will summarize what we have done in the past week and what we will in the week to come.\\

2.Visegrad Project

• How we will delegate the conclusion of the project
  

Decision: Tanja and Chris will be doing the final report and Radka will assist with financial details if needed. Tanja will write the official termination letter.

3. Online Activities

• Delegation of social networking of Carbusters Magazine/WCN tasks
  

Decision: Tanja will lead the promotion and the other ICC staff will attempt to spread the word.

4. Resource Centre

Decision: Theo will check the procedure of ordering material for the RC

5. Carbusters Magazine

• We need to change the Resource Centre page and the gifts provided to subscribers due to lack of material.
  

Decision: Theo will make a proposal for changing the premiums and in the next issue of Carbusters the page will be changed accordingly.
