Announcements

    * Welcome Chris, our new EVS volunteer in the office!
    * Prices have been changed for CB on Kagi and mail-order page, to better reflect actual prices as well as exchange rates. This is first price modification in years.
    * Two new sticker designs being sent in by Bicycology
    * January tasks: Kamila checks info, Sam facilitating, Justin writes meeting minutes.
    * Bas completed his EVS and is staying one more month to work on the magazine before returning to Belgium.
    * Upcoming meeting in Berlin for SC-ICC-AB from Feb.1-3.
    * We didn't get EYF project grant or Youth in Action Carfree Day Toolkit grant.

1. Resource centre

    * After reviewing "Cycling to work" we have the chance of carrying it in the resource centre  

DECISION: Cycling to work will now be available in the resource centre.

2. Nesst, business plan and survey

    * We have a business plan due in the middle of February. We also need to get out the Carbusters Readers' Survey

DECISION: Next Tuesday we will divide up the tasks for compiling it. The Nesst-inspired survey will be finished today, after being reviewed by others can go online tomorrow or Friday. It will be left online for two months.

3. Carbusters: deadline is jan.15, CB editorial meeting next Tuesday 15, 3 pm

4. Computers: we need computer maintainance.

DECISION: kamila will contact person and see if he has time, and earliest would be February 5.

5. Istanbul DVD: We talked about doing a DVD to send to the participants of the youth exchange.

DECISION: If Bas has time, could work on it, although it is not clear whether that will be more difficult and time-consuming than he currently has time for.
