Agenda:

1. Frequently Asked Questions about the carfree movement
   Arie mentioned that there has been some discussion about making a brochure that would have basic information about the carfree movement, not just info on WCN. Randy's recent article in Carbusters could be a good starting point.
2. Changes in Fundraising Department - Arie's plans
   Arie intends to stop working as grant writer by the end of the year. She would like to do some other things.
3. London book fair
   Central Books (distributor in the UK) is participating in the London Book Fair. For GBP60 we can have our magazine displayed. Steven will find out more.
4. Magazine planning meeting
   Tuesday 2pm. Review of #26. Discuss topics for #27.
5. Frankfurt ESF planning meeting (Climate change action group)
   Arie needs to find out about accomodations in FRA. We agree that sending someone to FRA shouldn't impinge on sending two people to Athens for ESF.
6. On the Train Towards the Future
   (Brief description of project for Joao, who is new - project intends to bring resource centre of information to Visegrad countries). Briefly: supposedly we may owe some money to the project, but there seems to be some confusion as to how much has been spent, how much has been spent in kind, and how much Todd owes from travel expenses from last year. We cannot make any decision until we get the information straight. Tabled for next week.
7. Roeland gone next week
   Roeland would like to work from Studene, where he will be for the Biketour meeting in two weeks. However, he will be here Monday for several hours. But Randy needs to meet with him and he should also introde Joao to the Biketour. If he can work here Monday and Tuesday fulltime, then he can do the rest of the work for the week from Studene. Joao definitely needs one day with Roeland.
8. Sara's financial proposal
   She has spent personal funds $42 and would like to sell a stack of magazine we gave her and keep the receipts. We agree.
9. Still We Ride
   Somebody needs to follow up on getting DVDs from them. Can we contact them? Steven and Vincent.
10. Stickers
    We need Dutch, Irish, Czech, Portuguese, Slovak, Polish, Romanian. Most important are Dutch, Irish, Czech. We should add Lithuanian, Georgian, Armenian.
11. Question about last meeting
    Why can't WCN CR become WCN Europe. Regulations. Our plan is for a group of European carfree groups to form WCN Europe. WCN CR is not allowed to be part of that. Assets and projects would be then transferred to WCN Europe.
