1. Open Society Institute Grant
* We suggest that a meeting for the Cutting Your Car Use Guide is a good idea, as the Visegrad Fund covers only transportation to that meeting

• We also mentioned that it could fund some cultural events related to the project (i.e. when groups sell and promote the materials)
• We also suggest Randy make any suggestions of projects that the Open Society could fund, other than the Visegrad Project

2. Arie's Frankfurt trip
* Arie is deciding between taking the bus or the train (more expensive) to the conference in Frankfurt

• We all agreed that it is a worthwhile conference to attend
• We also agred that since it is such a short time there, taking the train and getting a night's sleep on the way there will be a better idea than travelling by bus

3. Another computer?
* we have an old computer, Sunny, which is available

• Steve will get a network card for it
• We have a monitor that needs to be fixed

4. Anna's work?
* The CARtoons translation project

• Advertising for the magazine
• Research for the magazine
• We agreed that Vincent will show Anna and Jiao how to do resources, but he will continue with it for another month

5. Kamila English course in July
- The YOUTH programme offered Kamila English language courses - They cover everything, except a 100 euro fee, travel, and pocket money - It is in Dublin - it is for 27 days - This would not count as vacation - Is it a good time to go (Kamila really wants to go)? - She has until March 1 to send the application - Would she get paid for that month? - we agree that it is useful, but suggest she talk to Radka, Randy and Arie about it, as well, because they would need her, too
