Announcements

• Kamila will take all or part of tomorrow off
• Steven will leave early tomorrow (approx. 2)
• Randy has a new laptop and will go back to regular schedule
• Christi is leaving early today
• Anna's last day is Friday, and her party is tonight
• Christi will take holidays April 5th and 6th and will change her hours to 9-5 on April 2nd-4th
• Christi needs DG Environment forms and comments by 23 February at the end of the day
• Randy has conference Web pages ready and is finishing draft programme
• Decision about 2008 will be made by 28 February
• Randy is getting his UK visa stuff completed. He should be going to UK in early April to live in the UK. Randy will be working FT from the UK until June, and further decisions will be made pending grant funding from Mobycon, DG Environment, etc. He may only work half-time on Autoholics after June, when Justin will probably come.
• Randy is making a volunteer task list. Everyone should send him anything that should be included by 28 February.

AGENDA

1. Youth Exchanges: My Bicycle, My City: We need a person under the age of 25 for the April 27-May 6th exchange. Bas is more interested in the later youth exchange and should go then to help with the conference. We will try to get an exception for Roland to go to the exchange. We will also ask Kuba from Automat. Kamila will check on Marialena's (potential EVS from Greece) age to see if she will be able to go.

Conference-related exchange: Kamila is listed as the group leader but will go as a participant instead. Randy will become the group leader for the conference-related exchange. This will save on staff travel costs to the conference.
