We have submitted the Youth Admin grant on December 1st. We are very appreciative of the help that Sapi gave Tanja. We should have the results in March

Updates
- Calendar & availabilities
Sam will come in on Monday, Thursday and one other day. Sappy will be away from Monday until Wednesday afternoon.
The issue 37 is progressing as we hope for. The material content has been arranged as far as writers.
We are waiting for a few staff to complete the project priorities excel sheet. This will then be presented to the SC.
The member organisation survey has been filled by 15 organisations. We will send a reminder on Monday to remind them to complete it by the 12th of December.
The bulletin is out. It was completed by the editors of Carbusters magazine. We have 2,534 subscribers to this World Carfree News monthly newsletter.
We will send out a request for member organisations to pay their membership fees. This will be sent on Monday.
Sam has ordered 40 t-shirts for both designs that were revealed in the last issue. 40 tote bags were also ordered with the skull design. In addition we will make a test order of 10 organic t-shirts to see their popularity. The order will be received on or after the 12th of December.
The password has been recovered for all websites. Weinhard proposed to move one of the pages in January. People can contact Sapi if they are interested in seeing how the new system works.
- Emails sent to obsolete accounts
We have sent an e-mail to people who haven't used their worldcarfree.net email account for over two months, or people who are no longer affiliated with WCN anymore, giving them two weeks to reply before we suspend their email account.
Sam will be making Holidays Card to the bulletin. Send ideas for the card to sam@worldcarfree.net by Friday
Items
Theo has updated the policy manual for the ICC, which in the process of being reviewed by ICC staff and volunteers.
Decision: We will have a meeting next Wednesday to finalise this update
There are reasons to celebrate.
Decision: We will attend Anna Domenech's birthday celebration this Friday, and we will have the office Christmas party on December 11th.
One of the computers is having functional problems and we have an issue for computer spaces
Decision: Theo and Sam will format and look into the problem with the computer.
- EVS accommodation situation (Chris, Theo, Jane)
There are questions regarding the accommodation for EVS
Decision: Jane will decide whether she will take the flat that Chris and Theo are living at for the duration of her stay (she will be staying in the flat in January).
- Job call-out for project coordinator
We would like to hire a part-time EVS project coordinator/office manager based in Prague who is able to work in the office.
Decision: Sappi and Tanja are working on the job description. The ICC staff were asked to send them comments on what qualities they would like for this employee.
Cigdem is unable to attend her pre-departure training and doesn't wish to attend on-arrival training and plans to begin her term a few months later, bringing to question her motivation to do the EVS volunteer project.
Decision: Tanja and Sappi will arrange a meeting soon with Cigdem on whether if she shares the same expectations of what an EVS volunteer term implies.
