AGENDA
1. Recommendation letter
Randy has been forwarded a recommendation letter request from Priroda Druzstvo in Croatia; he will respond to them today
2. Biketour Meeting in Vienna
A small group met about the biketour in Vienna. They decided to create a kind of board, to get a commitment from a group of people, and then they will deal with country coordinators giving them direction. There would be regular meetings through Skype. Randy asks how WCN will talk with Biketour?
3. Biketour Meeting in Prague
There was miscommunication between Biketour and WCN, so this was cleared up; The finances of 2005 and 2006 were sent to the biketour organizing list, and there is nothing left of this money; as WCN will not be financially supporting the Biketour, it was decided that we could offer outreach support, EVS time, possibility of EVS for 2008, printing of materials, storage of materials (particular to note that WCN owns the materials which was bought with grant money - on this note Kamila would like to get an accurate inventory of the bikes which were bought last year)
WCN needs to know what was bought with grant money, for the accounting: particularly there are 3 trailers in Zagreb and 1 children's trailer in Vienna; these trailers should be stored here, but Biketour has priority over them
The minutes of both meetings will be posted soon.
