ANNOUNCEMENTS

We received a notice that we are the 'waiting list' for the Intelligent Energy Europe grant for the Budapest Conference. A little late...

A tax advisor will be coming on Thursday to make sure that all our employment relations will be in order.

Steven will be in Canada from Aug 24 to Sept 10.

Lutra will be away Aug 19-26. Only accessible on mobile until Sunday. (Write SMS)

Meeting with Todd on OTTF moved to Friday at 3pm.

AGENDA

1. Magazine Time for meeting: Monday at 3pm - for suggested topics, see last week's meeting notes

2. World Carfree Day World Carfree Day in Prague: closed street on that Sunday. Infostand, breakfast on pavement. We need a tent, chairs, table. Lutra will see about borrowing a tent. Easy alternative: get plastic tarp to cover table in case of rain. We will definitely get a-frames and board for the tables.

Steven will contact Albio veggie restaurant about them having a table there.

Also organising: Critical Mass after-party. Bands, movies. Probably will happen at Roxy club, but not confirmed.

3. Annual Report Steve will put it together. Get reports of 2004 activities from others, esp. Randy.

4. Vincent (EVS) One possible apartment fell through. Looking at another one soon. Not sure yet when exactly he is coming. Possible tasks: magazine, help with database Post-meeting note: He was (finally) approved by the French EVS agency.

5. Petra (replacement for Lutra) Starting on Sept. 4.

6. New products (from last week) since Tanja and Gandalf are not here: tabled
