* Roeland will be meeting with the Armenian group leader of the biketour, EYFA, and family in Amsterdam, April 17 - May 8

• Kamila will only be here until 1 pm on Friday
• Roeland and Jiao will meet with the Ecotopia coordinator today (she has found a slovak coordinator for biketour)
• Everybody has cleared the garden, Hura!
• Institute for Civil Affairs in Poland will send out visa applications for those from the bike tour who need it

# Ordered list ESF in Athens, May 3-8
* The airline tickets were only 8000 crowns rather than 9000

• Between meetings we have decided that Anna and Arie will go to Athens
• The table rental cost is 100 euros (instead of 50 euros)
• We could share the table or we could try and get a discount because we are a czech-based organisaton
• Arie will try to find out if we can share a table, as long as if we can have a banner hanging there, or if we can get a discount
• Resources - They will take bike stickers, the flyer, magazines, CARtoons books, skull t-shirts from the last two years
